Wendy Rockey, RN, BSN, MBA 
Senior Director of Clinical Operations

Wendy Rockey, RN, BSN, has been Director of Clinical Operations for Heart Care since 2008. She joined Saint Joseph Hospital in 2005 as Clinical Manager of 4 South. Wendy has been in nursing management since 2000, and owned and operated a nurse staffing company. She also worked in nursing at UCLA Medical Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital, and Crawford Long Hospital. Wendy received her BSN from the University of Iowa and earned her MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado in July 2010. As a member of the Heart Care management team, Wendy is duly proud of the department's high employee satisfaction scores. "I am pleased to contribute to making Heart Care the best place to work," she says. In her spare time, Wendy enjoys skiing and hiking in the mountains, and biking and playing volleyball in the city. She is a Bronco season-ticket holder, and loves traveling and spending time with family.
Amy Brown, MS, RN, NE-BC
Clinical Manager of 5 Center and 5 West, joined SCL Health in 2007. She holds degrees from the University of Iowa and the University of Illinois, and has worked at Mayo Medical Center, Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, and Johns Hopkins Hospital.Amy is passionate about the importance of involving nurses and staff in decisions about how they do their work. "Because staff members are closer to our patients than anyone," Amy says, "their involvement is critical to helping us provide the highest quality care."In her non-work hours, Amy enjoys spending time with her numerous nieces and nephews; cheering on her favorite team, the Atlanta Braves; and spoiling her dog named Murphy.
Scott Whittal, RN, BSN, PCCN
Clinical Manager 4 South Telemetry and has a degree from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Regis University.
Scott has been dedicated to Telemetry and Cardiac Services since joining SCL Health in 2006 and has played an active bedside role in The Heart Care successes in patient and staff satisfaction. He was a key in helping to build the Institute's shared decision-making model and continues to value and encourage staff-driven initiatives in the development of outstanding patient care. Away from work, Scott loves to spend time with his wife Ksenia, and their two dogs, Ralph and Copper. He also enjoys baseball, hockey, golf, motorcycling and relaxing with a good book.  

Becky Pritchett RN, MS, FNP-C is a Nurse Practitioner with EP (electrophysiology) Cardiology. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Tennessee and Masters degree at Regis University. Among her achievements since she joined SCL Health in 2001, Becky is proud of helping to develop the CVI's Journal Club as well as the EP Cardiology Service. Becky relaxes by hiking, camping, and enjoying other activities with her family -- Shawn, Chris and Claire.
